APN Recruitment are hiring an Assembler a Roofer for Redditch and surrounding areas.
Contract: On-going Employed or Self Employed welcome
Work directly within a local repairs team.
Social housing experience looks strong on a CV, gives stable daytime hours, and can open doors to longer-term public sector opportunities. You’ll join the Repairs & Maintenance team supporting occupied council homes and public buildings.
What you will be doing.
Diagnosing and fixing roof leaks on pitched and flat roofs
Replacing tiles/slates, felt and battens; minor flat-roof patching
Repairing flashings, ridges, fascias, soffits and gutters
Making areas safe, documenting work and updating job tickets
Working safely in occupied properties and public spaces
Who we are looking for.
Proven roofing background in domestic maintenance/reactive repairs
Confident with ladders, access equipment and safe roof work
Full UK driving licence advantageous
Right to work in the UK is essential
References required
Details
Location: Redditch and surrounding areas
Pay: Weekly pay via APN
Hours: Hours: Full time, weekdays
