
This is not fast-paced production line work. The role focuses on precision repair, inspection, and preparation of specialist tools, where care, consistency, and accuracy matter.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
• Repairing diamond tools
• Repairing cutting tools
• Carrying out detailed inspection work using microscopes
• Labelling and preparing finished products
• Working accurately to strict quality standards
• Keeping the workshop organised and tidy
What we’re looking for:
• Previous manufacturing, engineering or workshop experience
• Confident using hand tools
• High attention to detail and patience for precision work
• Reliable, steady and quality-focused
• Willingness to learn specialist processes (full training provided)
We are offering:
• Permanent position
• Up to £15 per hour for the right person
• Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm
• Friday 8am–12pm (early finish every week)
• Stable, long-term role with a respected employer
