APN Recruitment are hiring an Assembler for a busy, growing manufacturer in Redditch.
This is a permanent role paying £14ph.
This isn’t just bolt-tightening – you’ll be building real products, working with a mix of metal, wood and LED components. If you enjoy working with tools, following drawings, and take pride in quality work, this could be the role for you.
What you will be doing.
Assembling components using hand and power tools, basic wiring of LED lights
Reading and working from technical drawings
Working with different materials (metal, wood, plastics)
Carrying out quality checks and keeping things accurate
Supporting the wider production team when needed
Who we are looking for.
Previous assembly / hands-on workshop experience
Good practical / DIY skills and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret drawings
A positive, team-focused attitude
Someone who genuinely enjoys building and making things
Details
Location: Redditch
Pay: £14ph
Hours: Rotating shifts: 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm
